Licence by contributors to Rhannu – Terms and Conditions of Use.
By placing educational resources (including, but without restriction, all lesson plans and schemes of work) on this website the Contributor :-
gives licence to the Rhannu website users to use the educational materials for their own personal use, but not for commercial use;
gives a guarantee to the Welsh Assembly Government that the educational materials placed on this website are the original works of the Contributor himself/herself, and that the educational materials have not been copied, wholly or in substantial part, from any other work or material, and that the material under the licences noted in clause 1 above will not affect the rights of any third party; and the Contributor gives further warrant to the Welsh Assembly Government that the teaching material does not contain anything that is offensive, defamatory or indecent, nor does it affect the statutory or common law rights of any third party;
agrees to indemnify the Welsh Assembly Government from all steps implemented, rights, calls, costs or damage resulting directly;
permits the Welsh Assembly Government, on behalf of the Contributor, to take any steps or do anything the Welsh Assembly Government considers necessary to ensure compliance with the conditions of the licence given to the website’s users under clause 1 above.
surrenders the rights of the Contributor (if at all) to be acknowledged as the author of the educational resources and to oppose defamatory treatment of the educational resources.
